At Ayurith, we prioritize hygiene and customer safety. Due to the nature of our skincare products, all purchases are non-returnable once delivered.

However, we are committed to ensuring that every customer receives their order in perfect condition.

You are eligible for a free replacement or full refund if:

- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product is missing from your order.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Your order number.
- Clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.

Once verified, we will process your replacement or refund within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

- Returns are not accepted for opened, used, or correctly delivered products.
- Refunds or replacements are provided only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
- Ayurith reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the above conditions.
